Sophie So Brand and
T-Shirt Design Collaboration
Sophie was about to embark on a freelance career and wanted a brand in order to market herself and gain clients. It was important to Sophie that the brand was a reflection of herself, so we met to chat and create the hypothetical “perfect Sophie So client” in order to target the brand. Having doen this, we then worked up some values that the brand would represent. These were; Positivity, inspiration, personality and community. I provided a colour palette and logo inspired by these concepts that Sophie could begin to use across her marketing.
Secondary to the freelance services Sophie would provide, she was also starting up a web shop and wanted a small range of designs to launch as t-shirts, based on puns. I provided illustration suited to DTG printing based on the phrases she provided.
Emma has a great way of encouraging you to think about your ideas from several different angles, and it was through our talks that we came up with my business SophieSo.
Emma’s process was so much more than ‘designing a logo’, and she will work with you to identify your brand’s background and story – everything is equally as important, from the shapes you use to the colours in your palette. Emma was fantastic at bringing my ideas to life and her passion for design shines through.
