Tribal holds a customer conference every year to announce new products, facillitate networking among product specialists, provide CPD learning and build their customer relationships.
In 2018 and 2019, Tribal hosted their biggest non-virtual customer conferences to date at the Birmingham ICC. As part of the team deliving the event, I created the event brand and designed much of the customer experience throughout the event.
In 2020, with the effects of Covid-19 meaning physical events could not go ahead, Empower moved to an online event space. Again, I branded the event and it’s digital platform, and helped maximise the digital experience.
Now in its second virtual year, Empower is ‘Empower Online’ for the foreseeable future as 2020 was so successful and gained more attendance than the in-person event made possible. It is now a truly global, cross-time-zone event with a strong visual impact.
